About Daniel
Daniel S. Castaneda was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. He has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, from Michigan State University, a Masters Degree in International Relations from Alliant International University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Since 2011 Daniel has represented hundreds of Latinos in immigration, criminal and civil matters. These include, people facing deportation, drug smuggling charges, unlicensed contractor suits and landlord tenant disputes. His experience in federal, state and appellate courts has given him the knowledge to adequately represent individuals facing difficult legal matters. Knowledge of the Spanish language and Latino cultural values helps him relate with his clients to provide representation they can understand.
